Raquel Hedo
A perspective shaped by architecture, art and the world.
Independent architect and decorator since 2001, specialising in residential architecture, new construction and renovation.
Trained in Architecture at Universidad Anáhuac, she expanded her studies in Boston, Harvard, Pittsburgh, Florence and Switzerland, and completed an MBA. Her practice integrates design, budgets, suppliers, contractors, bespoke furniture and lighting.

01What kind of projects does the studio undertake?
Residential architecture, new builds, extensions, complete renovations, interiors and decoration. We can lead one discipline or accompany the entire project.
02When should I contact the studio?
Ideally before purchasing, building or beginning a renovation. Early involvement helps assess possibilities, anticipate decisions and protect the investment.
03Do you only work in Mexico City?
The studio is based in Mexico City and can develop projects elsewhere in Mexico and internationally. Scope and site visits are tailored to each project.
04How does a project begin?
With an initial conversation about the space, needs, schedule and intended investment. We then propose a clear, personalised scope of work.
05Can you manage construction and suppliers too?
Yes. Our involvement can include budgeting, specialist coordination, supplier selection, site supervision, bespoke furniture and final installation.
06How long does a project take?
It depends on scale and complexity. After our first conversation, we establish a realistic phased roadmap for design, documentation, procurement and execution.
